Athlete-Coach Relationship

We will work on all aspects of the training process as partners. Throughout the process we will continually re-visit goals and re-establish the path that best leads us to these goals. I value truth and expect each athlete to communicate with me consistently.

Our relationship will remain confidential as I will not at anytime divulge information, personal or otherwise, gleaned while working with the athlete.

Athletes may call or email me at any time if advice is needed, if there is a problem or if there is a desire to share a success with me. If I am not available at that moment, I will return the communication promptly. I do not bill for additional time, as I always enjoy speaking with athletes.
